Vidalia, LA (12/11/2023) – The Concordia Parish Sheriff’s Office (CPSO) reported a Monterey man was arrested for indecent behavior with juveniles.
On December 8, 2023. CPSO detectives responded to Trinity Medical, where a minor was being treated after a possible drug overdose.
Upon speaking with the child, it was learned that the evening prior, they were provided an unknown type of pill by an adult subject, who then requested they pay him by way of sexual activity.
After making a positive identification, the subject was located and taken into custody without incident. Michael Bruce Halford, 63, of Monterey, Louisiana was arrested and charged with indecent behavior with juveniles.
