Homer, LA (11/8/2023) – The Louisiana State Police (LSP) arrested the second police officer in connection with the Chief of Police arrest.
As part of the ongoing investigation, on Monday, November 6, 2023, LSP BOI BCFO Detectives arrested 50-year-old HPD Sergeant Arnold Stephenson.
Stephenson was booked into Claiborne Parish Detention Center for possession of schedule I narcotics with intent to distribute and illegal carrying of weapons.
This investigation remains active and ongoing. Through coordination with the Claiborne Parish District Attorney’s Office and LSP BOI BCFO, additional information will be provided once it becomes available.
