PINEVILLE, La. (UrbanCast: 10/26/2026) — A 68-year-old Pineville man died Sunday after a one-vehicle crash on Muddy Bayou Road in LaSalle Parish.
Louisiana State Police Troop E responded to the crash around 6:05 p.m. on October 25.
Investigators said a 2018 Chevrolet Tahoe was traveling west when it left the roadway. The vehicle struck a culvert and overturned.
Emergency responders transported the driver to a local hospital. He later died from his injuries. Authorities have not released his name.
Investigators collected routine toxicology samples for analysis. The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
