Leesville, La. (UrbanCast: 6/22/2026) – Sheriff Sam Craft announced four arrests made by the Vernon Parish Sheriff’s Office on June 18, 2026.
Tiffany Freeze, 29, of Anacoco, was arrested on an outstanding bench warrant. No bond has been set. She remains in the VPSO jail.
Ronald J. Matthews, 46, of Leesville, was arrested on an out-of-jurisdiction bench warrant from the Shreveport Police Department. He remains in the VPSO jail and awaits transfer to Shreveport.
Coby J. Midkiff, 24, of Leesville, faces one count of resisting an officer. Deputies also booked him on four outstanding bench warrants. No bond has been set. Midkiff remains in the VPSO jail.
Andrew Thomas Flora, 24, also of Leesville, was arrested on one count of resisting an officer and one count of aggravated assault upon a police officer. He also had an outstanding bench warrant. No bond has been set. Flora remains in the VPSO jail.
All individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
