High pressure will move off to the east with southeast winds at 10 to 15 mph, the result. This will allow for an increase in Gulf moisture.
An upper-level disturbance will work with the moisture to produce a few showers. Highs will be in the mid to upper 70s.
Southeast winds at 5 to 10 mph will continue to bring in Gulf moisture. This will help produce somewhat muggy conditions and mostly cloudy skies. Low temperatures will be in the upper 50s to lower 60s, except mid to upper 60s right along the southeast Texas and southwest Louisiana coast.
Wednesday is sunny, with a high near 83. South wind 5 to 15 mph, with gusts as high as 20 mph.
