CONCORDIA PARISH, La. (2/3/2025) – RADE agents assist Concordia Parish detectives in the arrest of a suspect involved in alleged juvenile solicitation and narcotics possession. On January 30, 2025, Rapides Area Drug Enforcement (RADE) agents helped execute an arrest in Pineville, Louisiana.
Detectives with the Concordia Parish Sheriff’s Office Cyber Special Victims Unit contacted RADE agents in early January regarding Bryan Keith Stuckey, 59, of Cankton, Louisiana. Stuckey faced warrants for computer-aided solicitation of a minor and indecent behavior with juveniles. Detectives believed Stuckey planned to meet a 16-year-old girl in Pineville for inappropriate contact.
On the day of the arrest, RADE agents conducted surveillance at a local hotel. Upon Stuckey’s arrival and positive identification, agents apprehended him without incident. He was booked into the Rapides Parish Detention Center for the active Concordia Parish warrants and attempted carnal knowledge of a juvenile.
During a subsequent search of Stuckey’s vehicle, agents discovered 7.2 grams of methamphetamine. Stuckey was re-arrested on a narcotics possession charge while awaiting extradition to Concordia Parish.
The RADE unit is a collaborative effort involving law enforcement agencies across Central Louisiana, including Pineville Police, Alexandria Police, and the Rapides Parish Sheriff’s Office. The unit targets narcotics trafficking and provides critical assistance in cases like this one.
Community members are encouraged to report narcotics activity through the RADE Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/RADEunit/.
