The incident occurred at the ATM of Capital One Bank located at 3840 Highway 22 between 8:30 PM and 10:00 PM.
Incident Details:
According to the police, the victim was using the ATM when she was approached by a male wearing all black clothing, including a mask and hoodie, and armed with a medium-sized pistol. The suspect demanded the money the victim was withdrawing and forcibly took her cell phone from her hands. He then entered the passenger side of a dark-colored 4-door vehicle, as seen in surveillance images recently obtained by the police.
