PINEVILLE, La. (4/9/2025) – A man was arrested after RPSO investigated drug sales from a residence in the 300 block of Burns Street in Pineville.
Over several weeks, the Rapides Area Drug Enforcement (RADE) Unit received complaints about narcotics being sold from the home.
Agents began their investigation into Seamon Christopher Holden, Jr., age 43, following tips from concerned residents.

On March 7, a deputy with RPSO’s Crime Suppression Unit stopped Holden for a traffic violation.
During the stop, deputies found methamphetamines and synthetic marijuana in distribution amounts inside the vehicle.
Holden was detained, and RADE agents later secured a search warrant for his residence.
While no one was home, investigators found documents confirming it was Holden’s address.
Agents then discovered 3 pounds of synthetic marijuana, over ½ ounce of meth, suspected ecstasy, Xanax, and marijuana.
They also seized two firearms and over $3,800 in cash believed to be tied to drug activity.
Because Holden is a convicted felon, agents contacted the ATF Task Force to investigate possible weapons violations.
The man arrested after RPSO investigated drug sales now faces multiple felony charges related to narcotics and illegal firearms.
Holden remains in custody at the Rapides Parish Detention Center on a bond of $215,600.
All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
