Oakdale, La. (12/2/2022) – According to Oakdale Police Department a 46-year-old man was arrested for the hit and run of a pedestrian.
Mark W. Richard 46, of Ville Platte, Louisiana, was taken into custody without incident and charged with the following:
Failure to seek assistance (Felony)
Hit-and-Run (Felony)
Obstruction of Justice (Felony).
