Alexandria, La. (3/13/2026) – Two Alexandria residents are facing serious felony charges connected to alleged crimes involving juveniles. However, no public statement has been released regarding the arrests.
Records from the Rapides Parish inmate inquiry system show that 37-year-old Antonio Maurice Christian was booked on May 12, 2026, at 3:39 p.m. Meanwhile, 31-year-old Davunda Renee Dunbar was booked later that same day at 4:25 p.m.
UrbanCast confirmed the arrests were made by the Alexandria Police Department.
Christian faces charges including second degree rape, indecent behavior with juveniles, false imprisonment, contributing to the delinquency of juveniles, and a probation violation. Jail records show his total bond was set at $5 million.
Dunbar faces charges of second degree rape and contributing to the delinquency of juveniles. Her total bond was set at $3 million.
Both individuals list the same Essie Street address in Alexandria within jail records.
Rapides Parish Inmate Inquiry System
Since the arrests became visible through the Rapides Parish inmate inquiry system, UrbanCast has received multiple inquiries from concerned residents. Many questioned why no public release or public notification followed the arrests.
Several residents also questioned whether additional victims or witnesses may exist because of the nature of the allegations and the bond amounts involved.

At this time, city officials have not released additional details surrounding the investigation or circumstances connected to the arrests.
