Residents, especially those familiar with Evangeline Parish, are advised to be cautious, particularly on low-lying roads known for flooding.
Roads susceptible to flooding include Rixby Manuel Rd, Opelousas Rd, Tiger Ln, Hwy 106 in the Chicot area, several streets in the city of Ville Platte, and Oakdale Rd at certain dips.
