PINEVILLE, LA (4/15/2026) — Pineville Police arrested three 17-year-olds this week following an investigation into a reported sexual assault.
The case began on April 13, 2026. The Rapides Parish Sheriff’s Office first notified Pineville authorities about the rape allegations. After interviewing the complainant, officers determined the incident occurred within the Pineville city limits.
Suspects and Charges
Detectives launched a detailed probe into the claims. As a result, they identified three suspects connected to the incident. Police arrested Ayden Henagan of Ball, Louisiana; Gabriel Jeansonne, and Brayden Williams of Alexandria, Louisiana. All three young men are 17 years of age.
Authorities charged each teenager with first-degree rape. Following their arrests, officers booked the trio into the Rapides Parish Detention Center.
Louisiana Penalties for First-Degree Rape
In Louisiana, first-degree rape is a strictly prosecuted felony. Under state law, a conviction carries a mandatory sentence of life imprisonment at hard labor. This sentence must be served without the benefit of parole, probation, or suspension of sentence.
Additionally, those convicted of this offense must register as sex offenders for life. These heavy penalties reflect the severity of the charge under the Louisiana Revised Statutes.
Current Custody Status
A judge set the bond for Henagan and Williams at $100,000 each. Currently, the bond amount and booking information amount Jeansonne remains unavailable.
The Pineville Police Department reminds the public that all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty. The investigation remains active as the legal process moves forward.
