Broussard, LA (1/13/2024) – The Broussard Police Department (BPD) responded to a scene on the 400 block of Leisure Field Drive at approximately 7:29 a.m. after receiving reports of an unresponsive man.
On Saturday, January 13, 2024, upon arrival, BPD Officers discovered the body of 18-year-old Paul Bernard Jr. Unfortunately, Bernard had sustained a fatal gunshot wound.
Authorities are urging anyone with information related to the shooting to come forward.
