Lafayette, LA (May 14, 2024) – The Louisiana State Police has issued a Silver Alert in collaboration with the Lafayette Police Department for 68-year-old Robert Henson, who has been reported missing since Monday evening.
Henson was last seen at approximately 6:00 p.m. on Monday, May 13, 2024, when he departed from his residence on Elmwood Drive. He was believed to be heading towards Burger King, located at the entrance of his subdivision. He was driving a blue 2008 Dodge Dakota with the Louisiana license plate Z281633.
Described as a black male with grey hair and brown eyes, Henson stands approximately 6’5” tall and weighs around 180 pounds. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a tan jacket, white t-shirt, blue jeans, and grey tennis shoes.
According to family members, Henson suffers from a medical condition that may affect his judgment. Recent bank transactions suggest he may have traveled to the Kenner area.
