Natchitoches Parish Deputies Make Four Separate Arrests

NATCHITOCHES, La. (6/7/2026) — Natchitoches Parish Sheriff’s deputies recently made four separate arrests involving drug offenses, domestic violence, burglary allegations, and outstanding warrants.

Deputies arrested Wyatt R. Milnick, 27, of Utica, Mississippi, after finding him stopped on La. Hwy. 1 South near Natchez on May 29. During the investigation, deputies seized approximately six grams of suspected methamphetamine and an AR-15 style rifle.

Milnick was booked on charges of DWI third offense, possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, illegal possession of a firearm in the presence of a controlled dangerous substance, and driving under suspension.

In a separate case, deputies and Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries agents arrested Hannah Sims, also known as Hannah Sharp, of Robeline on May 27 near Cane River in Natchitoches.

Authorities said Sims was fishing without a license and was wanted on outstanding warrants from Natchitoches and Webster parishes. Deputies also recovered suspected methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. She was booked on multiple charges.

Deputies also arrested Wesley Movan, 33, of Provencal following a domestic violence investigation on June 2. Authorities said deputies found an injured woman inside a residence and took Movan into custody after he allegedly refused commands while armed with a hatchet.

Movan was booked on charges including domestic abuse battery, domestic aggravated assault, false imprisonment, resisting an officer, and failure to appear.

Meanwhile, detectives charged Otis Sneed, 46, of Natchitoches, with attempted aggravated burglary and stalking. Investigators said Sneed allegedly attempted to force entry into an occupied residence in Cloutierville on May 27 while armed with a knife. Detectives later arrested Sneed while he was already incarcerated on unrelated charges.

All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
