COLFAX, La. (1/17/2024) – The Colfax Police Department has arrested Zackery Warren in connection with a stolen vehicle reported missing by the Alexandria Police Department.
Officers acted on a tip that located the 28-year-old man and the stolen vehicle on Horseshoe Drive in Colfax, Louisiana. Police detained Warren without incident.
During the investigation, officers detected a strong marijuana odor coming from the vehicle. With Warren’s consent, they searched the vehicle and discovered 48.29 grams of marijuana, marijuana seeds, and drug paraphernalia.
Warren was arrested and booked into the Grant Parish Detention Center. He faces charges of possession with intent to distribute and possession of drug paraphernalia. Additional charges related to the stolen vehicle may be filed as the investigation continues.
