Beauregard Parish, La. (5/18/2026) – The Beauregard Parish Sheriff’s Office released its weekly felony arrest report covering arrests made between May 11 and May 17.
Sheriff Mark Herford said deputies made several felony arrests during the reporting period.
Authorities arrested John Taylor Jr. on May 11. Deputies charged Taylor with Possession of CDS Schedule II, Use or Possess to Use Drug Paraphernalia, Driving Under Suspension, and Turning Movements and Required Signals.
Officials booked Taylor into the BPSO jail. His bond was set at $11,500.
Deputies also arrested Devin Saxton on May 11. Authorities charged Saxton with Simple Burglary – Breaking and Entering.
Officials booked Saxton into the BPSO jail with bond set at $3,500.
On May 13, deputies arrested Donald McCoy. Authorities charged McCoy with Simple Burglary of an Inhabited Dwelling and Theft Under $1,000.
Officials booked McCoy into the BPSO jail. Bond had not been set at the time of the report.
Deputies arrested Kody Ardoin on May 15. Authorities charged Ardoin with Theft Under $1,000, Simple Kidnapping, Terrorizing, and Obstruction of Justice – Simple Assault.
Officials booked Ardoin into the BPSO jail. Bond remains to be set.
The Beauregard Parish Sheriff’s Office reminded the public that all persons are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
