Whisky Bay, LA (5/12/2023) – According to the Louisiana Department of Transportation, I-10 East at the Atchafalaya Basin Bridge was shut down at 11:50 pm on Thursday, May 11, 2023, due to a vehicle fire.
The roadway remains closed at mile marker 129. Congestion remains for approximately four miles in length
