Baton Rouge, LA (1/31/2023) – Baton Rouge Police Department reported a single vehicle fatal crash on I-110 on Monday, January 30, 2023.
Reginald Elloie, 23, of New Orleans, Louisiana, a senior majoring in Business Management was killed around 5:30 on the interstate near Scenic Highway.
