Donaldsonville, La. (10/10/2022) – According to the Ascension Parish Sheriff’s Office (APSO), one person was shot and killed while entering a home on Monday, October 10, 2022.
The shooting happened around 9:30 pm near the corner of Opelousas and Lessard Streets.
Sheriff’s Officials said the victim died on scene and that shooter had been arrested.
No further information is known at this time.
