Baton Rouge, La. (10/10/2022) – I -12 shooting leaves one person dead and one person injured, according to an update from the Baton Rouge Police Department.
Toby Taylor, 28, a Baton Rouge Barber, succumbed to the injuries he received this weekend on I – 12, according to BRPD.

Baton Rouge, La. (10/8/2022) – The Baton Rouge Police Department (BRPD) is investigating an I-12 shooting that injured two that happened around 3 am Saturday, October 8, 2022.
According to BRPD, a 25-year-old and a 28-year-old were traveling west on I – 12 between Airline Highway and Drusilla Lane when someone began shooting at their vehicle. Police say the driver drove to a nearby hospital, where they received medical attention.
Sources say the 25-year-old suffers non-life-threatening injuries; however, the 28-year-old is in critical condition.
The investigation into the shooting is ongoing.
