DeRidder, La. (Sept. 29, 2025) – Sheriff Mark Herford has released the list of felony arrests made by the Beauregard Parish Sheriff’s Office (BPSO) during the week of September 22 through September 28, 2025.
According to the Sheriff’s Office:
- September 24, 2025: Logan Bushnell was arrested on charges of Cruelty to Juveniles (Minor Injuries), Domestic Abuse Battery – First Offense, and Violation of Protective Order – First Offense. Bushnell was booked into the BPSO jail with no bond set.
- September 24, 2025: Halei Bushnell was arrested and charged with Cruelty to Juveniles (Minor Injuries). She was booked into the BPSO jail with bond set at $7,500.
- September 26, 2025: Joshua Sanders was arrested and charged with Driving on Roadway Laned for Traffic, Switched Plates, Possession of Weapon While in Possession of CDS, Use or Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of CDS Schedule II, and General Speed Law. Sanders was booked into the BPSO jail with bond to be set.
Sheriff Herford reminded the public that all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
