Tarrytown, NY (June 17, 2025) – Medtech Products Inc., a subsidiary of Prestige Consumer Healthcare Inc., has issued a voluntary nationwide recall of five lots of Little Remedies® Honey Cough Syrup due to the possible presence of Bacillus cereus and loss of shelf-stability.

Symptoms may include nausea, vomiting, stomach cramps, and diarrhea, with onset occurring anywhere from 1 to 16 hours after consumption. While healthy individuals typically experience short-term symptoms, exposure to high levels can, in rare cases, lead to severe illness or death.
