PINEVILLE, La. (2/20/2025) – Pineville police arrested two teen males for robbery following an investigation into a delivery driver robbery on Cotton Street.
Officers responded to the report on February 19, 2025, at approximately 7:48 p.m. Detectives quickly initiated an investigation and identified a suspect residence in the 100 block of Wood Street.
After securing a search warrant, Pineville PD SWAT assisted in executing the operation. As officers approached, two individuals fled on foot. A police drone with thermal imaging tracked them, leading to their swift apprehension without incident.
Investigators collected additional evidence linking the suspects to the robbery. Authorities identified them as 17-year-old Ethan Johnson and 18-year-old Jessie Hunter. Both face multiple charges, including first-degree robbery, criminal conspiracy, obstruction of justice (evidence tampering), resisting an officer, and possession of marijuana.
Officers booked Johnson and Hunter into the Rapides Parish Detention Center (RPDC1).
