UPDATE: ALEXANDRIA, La. (2/8/2024) – The Willow Glen River Road shooting investigation has led to two arrests.
Alexandria Police Department (APD) arrested Quinton Spain and Marvion Price. Both face attempted second-degree murder charges. They were booked Friday afternoon. Bonds have not been set.
Previously, APD sought four suspects. Warrants were issued after Thursday’s shooting. The incident occurred at Third Street and Willow Glen. One person was seriously injured. That person was hospitalized.
Christopher Trowel and Tyrese Tucker remain at large. They are considered armed and dangerous. Police also seek a 2020 gray Hyundai Elantra. The Louisiana license plate is 314GJG.

UrbanCast confirmed the bookings. Price, 22, was booked at 3:31 pm. Spain, 24, was booked at 3:46 pm. Both face second-degree murder charges. Initially, the warrants were for attempted murder.
Although The Rapides Parish Sheriff’s Office Inmate Inquiry System reflected the charges of 2nd Degree Murder (Committed). Chief Chad Gremillion, Alexandria Police Department said the victim was still in ICU.
