Pineville, LA (10/1/2024) – On September 30, 2024, a man was arrested following a stolen vehicle pursuit after Pineville Police attempted to stop a stolen vehicle flagged by the License Plate Recognition (LPR) system.
The chase began on Military Highway and continued through downtown Pineville, crossing into Alexandria before the suspect finally stopped.
The suspect, Isaac Trudonnius Johnson, 31, of Alexandria, was arrested and charged with aggravated flight from an officer, illegal possession of stolen property, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and driving without a valid license.
He is currently being held at the Rapides Parish Detention Center pending bond.
In addition to the man arrested following the stolen vehicle pursuit, Pineville Police expressed gratitude to the community for their patience and support during the event. Officers remain committed to ensuring public safety.
