Alexandria, Louisiana – The Alexandria Police Department responded to a call in the 2000 block of Levin Street at approximately 2:55 AM on Saturday, February 24, 2024.
Upon arrival, officers discovered the deceased body of 54-year-old Mickel Fells, a resident of Alexandria, LA, who had sustained a gunshot wound.
