Dubach, LA – (2/22/2024) – James Patrick McCullin Jr., a Dubach Police Officer, has been arrested on multiple charges following an extensive investigation by various law enforcement agencies.
McCullin was taken into custody at the Lincoln Parish Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday morning and is currently being held at the Lincoln Parish Detention Center. The charges against him include Distribution of Schedule II CDS, Possession of a Firearm During a CDS Felony, Possession of Schedule I CDS, Possession of Schedule II CDS, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Malfeasance in Office.
McCullin has been employed by the Dubach Police Department for approximately two years.
The investigation leading to McCullin’s arrest was conducted by the Lincoln Parish Narcotics Enforcement Team, Criminal Investigative Division, Drug Enforcement Administration, Louisiana Attorney General’s Office, and the Louisiana State Police. Sheriff Williams expressed gratitude to all those who assisted with the case.
