Natchitoches, LA (9/17/2023) – Natchitoches Parish Sheriff’s Office (NPSO) Detectives are asking for the public’s assistance while they attempt to locate an Ashland man reported missing to the Natchitoches Parish Sheriff’s Office according to Sheriff Stuart Wright.
Deputies are attempting to locate 53-year-old Patrick ONeal Manuel, also known as “Blue,” B/M, 5’11, weighing approximately 210 pounds, with possibly short gray hair and brown eyes last seen wearing shorts and white t-shirt of the 4200 block of Swiney Hood Road in Ashland, La. In north Natchitoches Parish.
On Thursday, September 14, 2023, Manuel’s family members contacted the NPSO, reporting that he had not been seen or heard from since June 1, 2023, requesting assistance in his disappearance.
Manuel has ties to Natchitoches, Red River, and Winn Parishes.
Manuel has been entered into the National Crime Information Center as a missing person.
