Alexandria, LA (2/28/2024) – On Tuesday, February 27, 2024, tragedy struck the City of Alexandria as the Alexandria Police Department (APD) responded to a shooting incident in the 1300 block of Enterprise Road around 6:55 PM.
The victim, identified as 21-year-old Anthony Bell of Alexandria, was found deceased at the scene from an apparent gunshot wound.
Described as a beloved member of his family and community, Anthony was a former Bolton High School Football player. Friends remember him as humble and a protector of those who knew him.
