Pineville, LA (10/31/2024) – A Pineville Police Officer was arrested following a domestic disturbance early on October 31, 2024.
The Rapides Parish Sheriff’s Office took Officer Lacy Ann Fields, 30, into custody after responding to a domestic call. Fields was booked on charges of domestic abuse battery and aggravated assault with a firearm.
According to booking records, the incident occurred early Thursday, October 31, 2024, leading to Fields’s arrest at approximately 3:00 AM. Her bond was set at $25,000, including $20,000 for aggravated assault with a firearm and $5,000 for domestic abuse battery. She was released later that morning at 10:10 AM after posting bond.
The Pineville Police Department placed Fields on administrative leave in line with departmental policy, pending an internal investigation.
