Sabine Parish, La. (5/18/2026) – Sabine Parish detectives arrested a Noble man following an investigation into multiple child sexual abuse allegations dating back more than 30 years.
Sheriff Aaron Mitchell announced the arrest of Norman Michael Sepulvado, 58, of Noble on several sex crime charges involving juvenile victims.
According to investigators, detectives with Sabine Parish Criminal Investigations began the case earlier this month after three victims came forward.
The victims alleged Sepulvado sexually abused them when they were between 12 and 13 years old.
Authorities said the abuse involving one victim continued for nearly 10 years.
Investigators said the alleged abuse spanned a 30-year period between 1992 and 2022.
Detectives later secured three arrest warrants for Sepulvado through the 11th Judicial District Court.
Authorities booked Sepulvado into the Sabine Parish Detention Center on multiple charges, including five counts of Second Degree Rape of a Juvenile, five counts of Second Degree Rape, and five counts of Sexual Battery involving a victim under 13 years old.
Investigators also charged Sepulvado with additional counts of Second Degree Rape of a Juvenile.
Officials set Sepulvado’s total bond at $2.75 million. He remains in custody at the Sabine Parish Detention Center.
The investigation remains active.
