Pineville, LA (2/27/2024) – Sheriff’s detectives successfully apprehended Joshua Randall Sanders, 41, after a high-speed chase earlier today.
Sanders, of Pollock, who had evaded law enforcement at an initial stop, was sought on felony warrants related to an incident on Alvin Drive. The warrants charge Sanders with home invasion aggravated assault with a firearm and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
The pursuit, involving Rapides and Grant deputies, ensued as authorities attempted to locate Sanders. In the course of the operation, three additional individuals were arrested.
Sanders was arrested without incident and will be booked into the Rapides Parish Detention Center to face his charges.
