Endangered/Missing Child Advisory Issued by LSP

West Baton Rouge Parish, LA (5/2/2024) – The Louisiana State Police (LSP) has issued a Level II Endangered/Missing Child Advisory in cooperation with the West Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff’s Office (WBRSO) for 12-year-old Elijah Morris.

According to reports, Morris was last seen on Wednesday, May 1, 2024, after disembarking from his school bus at approximately 2:45 p.m. in Brusly.

It is reported that Morris left his book sack at his residence and departed in an unknown direction of travel. He has not been seen since.

Elijah Morris is described as a black male with black hair and brown eyes, standing approximately 5’6” tall and weighing around 100 lbs. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a red “Brusly Middle School” collared shirt and khaki pants.

Authorities are urging anyone with information regarding Elijah Morris’s whereabouts to immediately contact the West Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff’s Office at 225-490-8599 or call 911. All inquiries related to this matter should be directed to the West Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff’s Office.
