OUACHITA PARISH, La. (1/29/2025) – A Silver Alert has been issued for a missing Ouachita Parish woman, 73-year-old Charlene Fraction, who was last seen in Monroe.
The Louisiana State Police issued the alert on behalf of the Ouachita Parish Sheriff’s Office after Fraction disappeared near her home on Sterlington Road around 4:02 p.m. on Tuesday, January 28, 2025.
Fraction is a female with brown eyes and short black hair. She is 4’11” tall, weighs 127 pounds, and was last seen wearing a gray hoodie, black pants, and black and white shoes. Authorities have reported that Fraction suffers from a medical condition that may impair her judgment.
Fraction is believed to be traveling on foot. Anyone with information about her whereabouts is urged to contact the Ouachita Parish Sheriff’s Office at (318) 329-1200 or dial 911 immediately.
