Mansfield, LA (6/14/2023) – The DeSoto Parish Sheriff’s Office (DPSO) is assisting the Mansfield Police Department in locating a suspect involved in an early morning shooting that took place in Mansfield just before 6 am Wednesday, June 14, 2023.
DPSO and MPD seek information from the public who may know the suspect or can assist in bringing him to justice.

ZAMIR KESHUN MASSEY (Black Male, 19 yo, from Mansfield) is currently being sought for SECOND DEGREE MURDER and ATTEMPTED SECOND DEGREE MURDER.
Massey stands 5’11” tall at approximately 138 pounds.
If spotted, contact 911 immediately and do not attempt to approach the suspect. You may also contact the Mansfield Police Department regarding this case, as it took place in the City of Mansfield.
