Vidalia Man Arrested for Molestation; Indecent Behavior with Juveniles

Vidalia, LA (3/25/2024) – A recent investigation by the Concordia Parish Sheriff’s Office (CPSO) Child Exploitation Unit has led to the arrest of a Vidalia man on charges of molestation and indecent behavior with juveniles.

Dustin Wayne Mullins, 31, was taken into custody following allegations made by two juveniles regarding inappropriate sexual conduct.

The investigation, which started on February 22, 2024, stemmed from complaints filed by the two juveniles, alleging that Mullins had engaged in inappropriate touching on multiple occasions. After conducting interviews with the minors, detectives proceeded to interview Mullins, who reportedly confessed to the allegations.

On Thursday, March 21st, without incident, the LaSalle Parish Sheriff’s Office apprehended Mullins, who will be transported to the CPSO jail to face charges related to the alleged offenses.

Mullins, of, Vidalia, LA, faces charges of molestation of a juvenile, with two counts, as well as indecent behavior with juveniles.
