Vidalia, La. (9/04/2023) – On August 31, 2023, the CPSO Cyber Crime Unit began investigating a complaint, relative to a subject illegally communicating with an adult victim online in a sexual manner.
The subject contacted the victim, who was unknown to him, by way of social media, then proceeded to engage in lewd conversation, transmitting an unsolicited sexually explicit photo of himself. Detectives were able to positively identify the suspect and an arrest warrant was obtained. He was taken into custody without incident and booked into the CPSO jail Thursday night.
