Vernon Parish, LA. (9/29/2022) – The Vernon Parish Sheriff’s Office is searching for Kaylee Brittain, age 14, of Evans. Brittain is believed to be with Joseph Phillips
Kaylee left her residence last night or early this morning, and it is believed that she is in the company of Joseph Albert Phillips, age 26, of Leesville, Louisiana.
The two may be traveling on a black Honda motorcycle.
