Alexandria, La. (10/28/2022) – Jim has served as Councilman At-Large for 12 years. In that time Councilman Villard has worked tirelessly to change Alexandria while others worked to further their agenda. He has helped Alexandria focus on rebuilding its downtown and bringing life to our arts and museum district.
Councilman Villard vows to keep Alexandria and its citizens safe. He vows to work with the new administration and the other council members to move Alexandria forward. “My goal is a unified Alexandria with a ready and able workforce, better living standards, and safer neighborhoods. As your City Councilman At-Large, I want to enable Alexandria’s citizens to realize their potential at home and be an integral part of the city’s success.”
