Shreveport, LA. (1/27/2023) – UPDATE: A third suspect in this matter has been arrested. Tyniceshia M. Osborne (3/1/81) was charged with one count of Principal to 1st Degree Rape.
Devin Akins turned himself into the police.
Demarcus June is still wanted.
Original Notice: Two men wanted in sexual assault of a child
On January 24th, 2023, warrants were issued for the arrest of DeMarcus June (02/14/79) and Devin Akins (07/27/92).
The two men have been accused of sexually assaulting a 13-year-old victim. A concerned school administrator reported the actions.
The warrants for the suspects are as follows:
One count of 1st Degree Rape for Demarcus June and One count of 1st Degree Rape for Devin Akins.
