Alexandria, LA (10/14/2025) – The Alexandria Police Department is investigating a shooting that occurred Monday evening in the 2500 block of Mason Street.
According to APD, officers were dispatched to the scene at approximately 7:18 PM on October 13, 2025, in reference to a report of gunfire. Upon arrival, officers found that two individuals had been shot and were transported to a local hospital.
Their injuries were described as non-life-threatening.
At this time, no motive has been released for the shooting, and police have not indicated whether the incident was isolated. No information has been provided on any suspects. The investigation remains active.
