ALEXANDRIA, La. (11/5/2025) — The Alexandria Police Department is investigating a shooting that left two people injured late Tuesday night, November 4, 2025. Officers responded at approximately 9:53 p.m. to reports of gunfire in the 5000 block of Masonic Drive.
According to authorities, two individuals drove themselves to a local hospital following the incident. Both were treated for injuries sustained in the gunfire and are expected to recover.

The Alexandria Police Department has confirmed that the investigation remains active as detectives continue to gather evidence and interview witnesses. Law enforcement has not yet released information about potential suspects or motives.
