Geismar, LA (6/5/2024) – The Louisiana State Police (LSP) have issued a Silver Alert on behalf of the Ascension Parish Sheriff’s Office for 79-year-old Jane Burk Bergeron, who has gone missing. Bergeron was last seen on Tuesday, June 4, 2024, in the vicinity of Millwood Avenue in Geismar.
Jane Burk Bergeron is described as a white female with gray hair and green eyes. She stands approximately 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs around 160 pounds. Authorities believe she is driving a white 2015 Honda Accord with a Louisiana license plate ZCR935. The vehicle is distinctive with a “Team Honda” border around the license plate.
Family members have expressed concern for Bergeron’s safety, noting that she has a medical condition that could impair her judgment.
