Shreveport, LA (7/12/2023) – Shreveport Police Department (SPD) seeks public support in locating two suspects believe to be involved in the Quail Creek Road Homicide.
On June 18th, 2023, Shreveport Police Officers were called to respond to a shooting in the 1000 block of Quail Creek Road.
Arriving officers located a victim suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. The victim was transported to a local area hospital by the Shreveport Fire Department where he was pronounced deceased.
Investigators with the Shreveport Police Violent Crimes and Crime Scene Units responded to the scene to collect evidence.
In the following weeks, detectives developed two suspects and obtained warrants for their arrest.
Romarion Smith (10/05/05) and Roderick Smith (6/29/04) are each wanted for one count of 2nd-degree murder.
Their whereabouts currently are unknown.
