Ponchatoula, LA. (9/26/2022) – According to the Livingston Parish Sheriff’s Office, a Ponchatoula Police Officer was charged and arrested for sexual battery.
Frank Tallia, an officer with the Ponchatoula Police Department (PPD), was booked in the Livingston Parish Detention Center on Saturday. Sources stated the allegations stem from a recent gathering in Livingston Parish where Tallia allegedly groped someone.
Ponchatoula Police Department confirmed that Tallia was employed by PPD and confirmed that an investigation is ongoing.
