Pineville, LA (8/31/2023) – The Pineville Police Department reported a Deville man was killed in a crash on Stilley Road.
On August 31, 2023, at 2:45 a.m., the Pineville Police Department responded to a single-vehicle accident, LA 28 at Stilley Road, that claimed the life of Devin Fitzpatrick, a 35-year-old male of Deville, Louisiana.
Preliminary Investigation shows that the vehicle driven by Mr. Fitzpatrick was traveling eastbound, crossed over the westbound lanes of travel, and struck a traffic pole. Acadian Ambulance and Pineville Fire Department responded, and Mr. Fitzpatrick was pronounced deceased on the scene.
The accident is an ongoing investigation, and toxicology results are pending.
