Pilot lands malfunctioning aircraft safely in cotton field
Shreveport, La. (8/5/2022) – According to the Caddo Parish Sheriff’s Office, a pilot is safe after an emergency landing in a cotton field on George Road. The pilot of this aircraft, who was alone, was not injured.
According to the Sheriff’s Office, crews are working to check the plane. They plan to fly it out of the field as soon as it is in working condition.
