Monroe, La. (10/31/2022) – On the morning of October 28th, 2022, MPD officers responded to a shooting in the 1200 block of S. 2nd Street. The victim sustained non-life-threatening injuries. MPD officers identified the suspect in this shooting as O’terrance L. Matthews.
The Monroe Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating O’terrance L. Matthews.
