New Orleans, LA (4/13/2023) – The New Orleans Police Department (NOPD) requests the public’s assistance in identifying and locating those responsible for two armed robberies on April 12, 2023, in the Third District.
At about 11:43 a.m., the pictured subject committed an armed robbery at the intersection of Rosary and Wilton drives, stealing the victim’s wallet after unsuccessfully attempting to take the victim’s vehicle. The suspect both arrived and fled from the scene in the pictured dark-colored four-door sedan.
Then, at 11:58 a.m., an armed robbery occurred in the 9000 block of Palmetto Street, where an armed perpetrator arrived in a dark-colored four-door sedan and stole and fled the scene in the victim’s black 2018 Ford Mustang bearing an unknown temporary license tag.
Detectives have determined the same subject to be the perpetrator in both incidents. The perpetrator is described as an unknown male wearing dark shoes, dark pants with a brown belt, a light-colored shirt, a gray hooded sweatshirt with a black design, black gloves, and a black mask.
